Terms of sale

Payments: all payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Age: purchases and bookings must be made by an adult (18 or over). Children may use products with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Prices: shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
Digital products: delivered by email as a download link immediately after payment.

You may use templates, brushes and assets to create your own comics, including comics you sell.
You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, in original or modified form.
Classroom licenses cover one teacher and their students. Contact us for school-wide licenses.

Digital products and courses: if a file is faulty or not as described, email us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.
Booked services: cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Completed reviews and lessons are not refundable.
Commissions: a deposit is due before work starts and is refundable until you approve the first sketch.

This website does not require accounts and does not use sign-up forms.
When you buy, our payment provider collects the details needed to process your order (such as name, email and payment information) under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver your purchase.
We use your email only to deliver orders and answer your messages. We never sell personal information.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
